In July of 2007, Toni joined the CIS family and added a ray of sunshine to an already dynamic group.  She quickly mastered her new tasks in the operations department and proved to be a great asset to this organization. Many hours were spent at work, and at play, with Toni.  Some only knew her as a co-worker; others also as a friend. We all have our own great stories to tell, but agree that we were left with an empty spot in our hearts. She brought so much joy to everyone she met and she will always be greatly missed.
Toni was originally from Peoria, Illinois.  She had spent the past 16 years as a resident of Townsend, TN and was co-owner of the Strawberry Patch Inn in Townsend.  She spent most of her time outdoors with her horses, Smoky, Rio and Chance and not far behind was her favorite canine friends, Shasta and Sydney.  She also enjoyed kayaking and 4-wheeling with her friends and family.
