TILLAGE SERIES
336" CIRCUMFERENCE

The Durabuilt™ 2500 series is the general purpose track for light to medium agricultural applications. This track is intended for higher speed secondary tillage work at low to medium drawbar loads, and is a good choice for higher hour machines with limited seasonal use. The carcass and guide lug design meets the original OEM requirements, but at a more affordable price.

The Durabuilt™ 3500 series is for use in all agricultural applications. The 3500 series has similar carcass construction as the 2500 series. The 3500 series also has additional treadbar volume that results in longer track life. The wider treadbar spacing (pitch) is advantageous in areas where mud cleanout is a concern, or where additional ground penetration at a given width is needed.

The Durabuilt™ 5500 series includes all the best features of the 3500 series, plus adds more rubber and more steel to meet the most demanding applications. These features include larger main cable on all widths for increased carcass tear strength, adds substantially more inner surface protective bias and rubber, tread, and guide lug material. This track is recommended for use in both agricultural and construction applications, and is the heaviest track available in the market.

This width was the standard factory width from the manufacturer for the later series machines. This width is preferred for higher horsepower tractors, such as the Challenger 85 and Challenger 95. The additional width also strikes a good balance of floatation, penetration, and minimized berming in turns. The 30" width has 2 treadbar spacings available for machine with cast slotted drivewheels. The 652-3008 should be used in agricultural applications where additional cleanout and penetration is desired. The 652-3004 should be used in applications requiring additional roading life and improved ride, and is also recommended for use in construction applications. Note: This width is not compatible with the early (narrow gage) Challenger Tillage tractors - including 65 and 65B(S/N prefix 7YC), 65C(2ZJ0001 - 2ZJ00499), 75(4CJ), and 5C(4KK0001-KK00499).

Durabuilt™ 2500
The entry level DurabuiltTM track for use in most general tillage applications. With 2" tread height and 9.9" tread pitch, this track offers a good overall balance of performance, ride, and value.

Durabuilt™ 3500
A premium track for use in any agricultural rowcrop application. With 2.5" tread height and 6.6" tread pitch, this track offers over 20% more tread, and nearly 10% thicker carcass, as compared to the Durabuilt™ 2500 series.

Durabuilt™ 5500
The heaviest track in the market for use in agricultural, sideslope, or construction applications. With 2.5" tread height and 7" tread pitch, this track gives you more rubber (40% more tread, 10% more guide lug volume, over 25% thicker inside protected carcass) as well as more steel (5.3 mm vs 4.3 mm main cable) as compared to the Durabuilt™ 3500. A premium track for use in any primary tillage agricultural application. With 2.5"of tread and 9.9" tread pitch, the Durabuilt™ 3500 has 15% more tread and 25% more guide lug volume to deliver additional wear life as compared to the Durabuilt™ 2500 series.

The Durabuilt™ 5500 is the only track recommended for use with cast slotted drivewheels, due to the aggressive nature of the non rubberized wheel design. In the 30 in width, the Durabuilt™ 5500 has 2 choices available - either the 9.9" or the 7" tread pitch, depending on your individual application requirements.
